- Item must be in original condition (not used) and include all packaging material and accessories (as delivered).
- The returned product will be examined by the Customized Gift Items team. On the off-chance, that the product has a defect, the team will approve the replacement or let you know alternatively.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- The customer needs to return the delivered order via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

What is the procedure for returning and claiming?
A customer can initiate a return request within 2 days after the delivery. After the claim the customer will discuss the issue with our support staff otherwise you can send your delivered parcel to our office address as mentioned below, the QA team examines the parcel as per the reason for your return and provide you with possible options.
If the item is cleared of any damages and meets the return guidelines the user will be transferred the amount paid to the bank account or a replacement will be forwarded within 5-7 working days.
If you are in hurry and want your urgent replacement, so please be patient we do strictly follow the guidelines for every customer as all are so valuable to us, in this case, you can re-order your product again as it might be a gift for someone or be gifted on any special day otherwise wait for the replacement.
